There are two options:
- Enter the specific IP address of the computer that has your Network license on it as explained in the KB article "When I click on the button “Read Network USB Key” my computer cannot find the Network license"
- You may have to customize the *.ini file for special situations on your network to find the license on your network server. Try consulting your IT department as to how to modify the *.ini file.
