There are two options:
- Enter the specific IP address of the computer that has your Network license on it as explained in the KB article "When I click on the button “Read Network USB Key” my computer cannot find the Network license"
- You may have to apply a special setting, or customize the NETHASP.ini file, for special situations on your network to find the license on your network server. Try consulting your IT department as to how to modify this file. If your IT department requires additional help with this please ask them to contact us at SoilVision by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by contacting us.
