What does this mean:
The computer was unable to detect a hardware dongle or a software dongle.
What should you try:
Check to see if the drivers are installed properly.
Open a web browser and visit the URL http://localhost:1947/. This is a diagnostic page that lists all dongles (network and local) available to your computer. If this page is missing, then do you not have the latest drivers installed.
Click Sentinel Keys (left-hand side of screen).
When plugged into your local computer, your SoilVision dongle key should have a listing in the table.
When plugged into your local computer, your FlexPDE dongle key should have a listing in the table.
If you do not have the latest drivers installed please try the following:
- Uninstall the HASP drivers
- Restart your computer
- Download and re-install the HASP driver from our download page
