Relocation notice: Bentley Systems Incorporated acquired SoilVision Systems Ltd. in April 2018, see here. Now that the SOILVISION CONNECT Edition is available, we have taken more steps for integration into Bentley System’s organization.
Support requests must now be submitted via Bentley’s CONNECT Center via the Service Request Manager: https://apps.bentley.com/srmanager/ProductSupport.
This email address and others on the soilvision.com domain will no longer be monitored.
Via this Service Request Manager, you can expect the same level of service and our support team is ready to help you move forward in your geotechnical analysis.
If you get a message that you are denied access to Bentley Systems' Service Request manager, please consider these situations:
Case 1: Your Organization Uses Any Bentley Software (including the SOILVISION CONNECT Edition)
Every user is recognized by an e-mail address. Usually, the domain in the e-mail address is associated with a known Bentley account and will be allowed in the Service Request manager. Typically, the local administrator (also known as the site administrator) who controls your organizations Bentley software and sets the user roles, can also set and correct this. Please contact your site administrator.

Case 2: Your Organization Had an SVOFFICE5 VIP Contract with SoilVision Systems Ltd.
Your organization may not yet have enrolled in Bentley’s SELECT license program. If this is the case, please contact us through our website contact request form for options on how to transition to SELECT.
Case 3: Your Organization Has an SVOFFICE5 License Without a VIP Contract with SoilVision Systems Ltd.
Please contact us through our website sales contact request form for options on upgrading to the SOILVISION CONNECT Edition and SELECT licensing.
